This set is for the Silent Auction as seen here [link] The Weekend to End Breast Cancer July 21st till August 17th, 2008. I hope some one out there will like this set enough to offer a bid

Now for the bones... I used a lot of copper in the necklace so the bracelet has just a few matching ovals and one curve, the Moonstone pendant is one I found at my favorite bead store here in Phoenix, A-ZBeads, it has two hearts in copper,

the other stones are Opalite in three sizes with the little blue beads being the dyed Howlite. I used a large 16mm blue Tensha bead on the bracelet and 12mm blue Tensha beads on the necklace and earrings, as well as the curves on the bracelet and necklace. Both the necklace and bracelet have cute copper kitty closures with copper pierced earrings.

Well, that requires the tools to either drill holes or convert them into pendants, neither of which I have sadly.

I just collect them for their natural appearance and as scientific curios

I have an extra dremel tool...

course it would probably be better if I sent you the cash for one than to send it through the mail

I understand completely the love of collecting beautiful stones and not using them in jewelry, it takes me awhile to encase a stone in wire wrapping!

I didn't realise that dremels can get through stones! How tough does the bit have to be, or how fast should the rotation be, in order to achieve this?

Not sure of the speed, but I have used a diamond tipped bit to expand existing holes. Not all that experienced with drilling stones, yet, still working up to using my tumbler

I couldn't think of the word tumbler and was calling it the stone shaker thingy
